Ordering

Ordering of Hawu products is easiest on the web. It is also possible by phone +358 405 808 233. After you have made your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation in e-mail. It will contain information about the purchased products as well as the price. Remember always to check that your e-mail address and phone number are correct. We may also inform about the progress of your purchase through e-mail.

Privacy

We are not using your information for direct marketing, nor shall we share the information further. We need to collect such information that our products find their way to you. The details of our client register are found here. In case you request, we may remove your information from our client register.

We use the standard cookie technology to ensure that our web service works. A cookie is a small nugget of information that is stored on the computer you use when using our web service. Your web browser uses the cookie as an additional memory when communicating with our server. We only deliver to Finland for the time being.

Returns

We apply the Finnish consumer law that gives a 14 day right of returing a product. In order to get fully refunded, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was when sold.
